"The Pearl of Siberia" is Lake Baikal's nickname.
The lake's spectacular dimensions – 600 km length and 1700 meters depth – act as an inland sea, creating the favorable conditions for perfect snow.
The deep lake water evaporates before the surface freezes and the mist drifts to the banks, meeting the legendary Siberian cold. The magic of nature then takes over, covering the surrounding mountains with a very light powder, even at low altitudes.
From the beginning of November, snow falls in abundance on the southwest slopes of the Khamar-Daban mountains. This emblematic Siberian expanse has immense potential with an area of almost 350 km, offering a wide variety of slopes, beautiful runs through the forest as well as on wide open terrain.

Additional Conditions
• Extra flight time: 4,375 USD/hour (charged per minute, for the entire group)
• Refund for unused flight time:

How to get to Irkutsk
For international groups we recommend two convenient routing options :
Via Dubai (DXB)
Fly from your country to Dubai, then connect:
• Dubai → Moscow → Irkutsk (IKT)
• Dubai → Novosibirsk (OVB) → Irkutsk (IKT)
(There are no direct flights from Dubai to Irkutsk; best options are via Novosibirsk or other regional hubs.)
Via Istanbul (IST)
Fly from your country to Istanbul, then connect:
• Istanbul → Moscow → Irkutsk (IKT)
• Istanbul → Novosibirsk (OVB) → Irkutsk (IKT)
(There is currently no direct flight Istanbul → Irkutsk; one-stop connections work best.)
Once you have your travel dates, we will help you select the most convenient flight options and check available connections.
Daily schedule
Morning: Reach breakfast, preparation and start heliskiing around 9AM. We'll be skiing and boarding as long as possible, according to the wishes of the group, safety concerns and daylight.
On our return to the Lodge there is aprés-ski soup and snacks, then Banya (traditional Siberian bathhouse).
Evening: Dinner and free time.
Our base for standard programs
OUR BASE Novosnezhnaya – a small Siberian village, situated on the coast of Lake Baikal is only 5 minutes flying time from the nearest heliski area
There is local ski station 40 minutes drive where we can warm up during bad weather days
OUR LODGE Novosnezhnaya lodge – is a typical Siberian settlement. Guests house mage of Siberian cedar tree, Russian banya (sauna), local home style food based on the Siberian organic products.
After the day of powder skiing and snowboarding, visit of Siberian Spa is worth to do! There are few types of Banya's (traditional Russian bathhouse), with steam rooms made from different types of Siberian wood. But that's not all! Enjoy outdoor wooden hot tub with a mountain view, massage room and traditional Russian tea ceremony.
And yes, WiFi is available. But very probably you won't use it a lot during the week, life in Siberian mountains is too busy with pleasant things. Social media can wait.

Private groups stay in a Cahelt with it's own territiry and Banya house.
We do our best to make the food, as well as the skiing, a remarkable part of your trip and you will have Chief at your disposal. This includes traditional Siberian and Russian dishes with premium local ingredients, but also modern cuisine.
