We're a team of professionals in love with what we do. Since 2013 our team has been organising trips around the world in search of the best snow and waves. We aim to bring people together through adventure.
Peter Yastrebkov
Peter Yastrebkov
A pioneer of Russian snowboarding. Started snowboarding in 1995. Has been competing as a professional rider since 1998.
- Multiple medallist at Russian and international snowboard competitions. Master of Sport in snowboarding, member of the Russian national snowboard team (freestyle discipline) 2005–2009.
- Russian snowboard champion in big air, 2008.
- Certified ski guide of the Russian Mountain Guides Association.
- Member of the Russian Mountain Guides Association (RMGA) and the Russian Mountaineering Federation (FAR).
- Diploma of professional avalanche training, level 1, from the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA Level 1 Avalanche Course).
- Member of the Russian Quiksilver and Lib Technologies teams. Deuter ambassador in Russia.
- Has been surfing for more than 10 years, spending at least a few months every year riding the world's best spots.
Guides
Nikolay Veselovsky
The heliski man! First president of the Russian Mountain Guides Association. Ski instructor and heliski guide with more than 20 years' experience. Teacher at ski instructor schools, participant and organiser of numerous freeride competitions.
Marco Gayani
UIAGM mountain guide since 1996, member of the Chamonix Guides Company and a ski instructor. After several years teaching at France's National Skiing and Mountaineering School, Marco has spent the last 15 years actively involved in organising the heliski programme in Russia.
Alexander Stupchenko
- Certified ski guide of the Russian Mountain Guides Association (RMGA).
- Canadian Avalanche Association certificate (CAA Level 1).
- Mountain trekking instructor.
- ISIA cat. "B" snowboard instructor.
- 7 years' experience on trekking programmes and 5 years' experience in freeride and ski touring.
- Experience in mountain regions: Krasnaya Polyana, Arkhyz, the Elbrus region, North Ossetia, Altai, the Pamirs.
Filmer
Oleg Kolmovskii
Oleg is a permanent part of our project and films our trips. A skilled skier and experienced kayaker, he has been making videos since an early age and graduated from the Moscow Film School in 2018. For many years he has been one of the main filmers for the Ride the Planet project.
