You give this consent by ticking «I consent to the processing of my personal data» in a form on https://snowsurf.pro. By ticking it you confirm that you have read and agree with this text, freely, of your own will and in your own interest.
1. To whom. Sole trader Petr Sergeevich Yastrebkov, INN 500403033884, OGRNIP 318502400020145, 11 Pravdy St., apt. 104, Moscow 125124, Russia, snowsurfpro@gmail.com (the Operator).
2. What data. Full name; phone number; email; messenger username if you contact us via a messenger; text of your request and the program you are interested in. If you book a service, also date of birth, gender, citizenship, national ID and international passport details, to the extent needed for bookings, insurance and access to skiing.
3. Purposes. Replying to your request, advising on programs and contacting you; concluding and performing a contract under which the Operator, acting as an agent, selects and books services of providers — skiing, accommodation, transport, insurance — and passes your data to them; complying with Russian law. Consent to receive offers is given by a separate tick and does not affect this consent.
4. Actions. Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, with and without automation. Your data is not made publicly available.
5. Recipients. Processors acting on the Operator's instructions: Tilda Publishing JSC (Site and forms), amoCRM JSC (client database), Sender LLC (messaging), Google LLC (Gmail notifications and database backup), Telegram (request notifications). Service providers — companies and sole traders providing the services you choose: host companies and ski program operators, carriers, accommodation providers, insurers — only to the extent needed to book and provide the service.
6. Transfer abroad. You agree that your name, phone number, email and request text are transferred to Google LLC (USA) and to Telegram, whose servers are located outside Russia, to receive and handle requests promptly. The Operator's main database is located in Russia.
7. Term and withdrawal. This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. If no contract is concluded, data is kept no longer than three years from the last contact. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to snowsurfpro@gmail.com or by post to the address above. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within thirty days, except data needed to perform a concluded contract or required to be kept by law.
